Payment
Please note that your appointment will be confirmed after full payment has been received. If the payment is not transferred, the appointment is not confirmed and our organization will not be held responsible. During busy periods, the appointment will be booked by the customer who paid in advance. If the photo shoot ends before the scheduled time, the original photo shoot will be charged for the scheduled time.
Cancellation
Please note that we consider a confirmed appointment to be a final order and cannot refund the payment. If you wish to change your order, please notify us 24 hours in advance and we will change your order without additional charges.
Delay
If you are late for an unforeseeable situation, please notify us in advance. Please note that your scheduled time may be affected by other orders.
Overtime Fee
If the time you have booked is not enough and you need to book an additional time, please contact the studio manager at 95905686 to see if it is possible to extend it. Please note that if there are any reservations after your booked time, you cannot extend the time.
Extensions are charged at 150,000₮ per hour.
Also, 0-1 hour before the photo shoot will be considered preparation time and this time will not be included in the time you booked. If you need additional preparation time or need to repair the stage before the photo shoot, you can get additional preparation time.
Your responsibilities
When using cars, animals, fire, water, liquids, ordinary smoke, colored smoke, or other items for the photo shoot, you must notify us before the order is confirmed.
Alcohol, beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the rental space or outdoor area. If used, the photo shoot will be stopped and the full payment will be charged.
Please check whether the equipment included in the studio rental is intact and report any damage.
Please use the equipment correctly and get help and instructions if necessary.
When using equipment, ensure occupational safety and use it only for the type and function for which it is intended.
The client is responsible for any missing, damaged, or replaced equipment during the studio rental period.
If there are children or pets on the studio set, they are your sole responsibility.
Please note that you should not step on or place heavy objects on the curved part of the white stage.
